SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
This month at Elements, our team has been working hard as various Stages continue to take shape and progress towards completion. Currently, the footpath is being concreted in Stage 23, preparing the area for the final asphalting and line-marking that will follow.

Truganina Community Centre update
Recently, the Wyndham City Council hosted a series of events inviting the community to have its say on the proposed plans for the exciting new Truganina Community Centre located next to Elements. With works expected to commence in 2022, and completion scheduled for late 2023/early 2024, this centre will provide the community with a raft of important amenities, including early years education services, maternal & child health services, a flexible range of small and large-format community meeting spaces, integrated office spaces and medical consulting rooms.

Sales & Construction Update
It’s been all systems go at Elements recently, with construction teams working hard across the board. We’re thrilled to share that Titles have been received and landscape works completed in Stage 15A, meaning these lots are ready for new homes, and for future residents to start building their new life at Elements.
School Site Update
We are writing today to provide an update on the Elements school site sale. In April, ID_Land commenced an expression of interest (EOI) campaign, with the aim of securing an education provider to build a school on the site.
