CIRCLE OF FRIENDS SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

From Tuesday, 25 September until Thursday, 4 October, the Circle of Friends School Holiday Program is here to make sure kids stay active and entertained these school holidays.

Kids can enjoy three hours of non-stop activities, including yoga and movement, games and sports, arts and crafts and calming group meditation.

The event will be run by local kid’s yoga and meditation teachers from Namaste Yogis and Feel, aimed at promoting the fitness of primary school aged children.

To catch all the excitement, the program takes place over four events at separate community centres across the south-west district.

The fun kicks off at Manor Lakes Community Centre on Tuesday, 25 September, followed by Seabrook Community Centre on Thursday, 27 September, Penrose Community Centre on Tuesday, 2 October, and finishes up at Saltwater Community Centre on Thursday, 4 October.

All you need to bring is water, fresh fruit and snacks (no nuts) to keep those little tummies full and energised all morning.
