Local Business Profile: Rose Grange Convenience Store

Aptly named, the Rose Grange Convenience Store is your one-stop-convenience-shop for everything from bread and milk on the way home from work, through to last minute birthday card buys.

Located on Rose Grange Boulevard, this Tarneit milk bar is owned by Kate Suleiman and her husband, who live in the adjoining house with their three children.

“We were looking to buy a business that would allow us to be close to family and friends and as soon as we found the Rose Grange Convenience Store we knew it was perfect for us,” says Kate.

“We offer everything from milk and bread, confectionary, drinks and icecreams through to magazines and birthday cards.

“We love the area as it has everything we need. We’re close to shopping centres, doctors, schools and public transport.

“We have our regular customers that we have really gotten to know, everyone around here is so lovely,” says Kate.

The couple has run the milk bar for five years, having previously lived in Geelong.

The Rose Grange Convenience Store is located at 43 Rose Grange Boulevard.
