Settling into Melbourne’s burgeoning west

ID_Land’s already tight-knit community of Elements has been buzzing with activity over the last few weeks, with construction continuing amidst social distancing measures.

The area’s signature waterway is almost complete, giving the project a natural, picturesque wetland and providing residents with a stunning area for a sunset walk within minutes of their home.

Meanwhile in Stage 14, the work on the park is currently being completed to ensure residents have another place to come together with their families once restrictions are eased..

It won’t be long before Elements is a completed neighbourhood boasting parks, waterways and of course the highly anticipated Truganina Central Shopping Centre, which will be home to retail shops, speciality stores and most notably, a full-line Coles supermarket.

The shopping centre will make life at Elements even more carefree, with residents able to walk to the supermarket, enjoy some kick-to-kick at the park and explore the area’s waterways.
